I have a better solution for you, a hitch mounted bike rack would allow you to transport bikes without having anything at all contact the vehicle paint on your new Lexus EX 350.
For a hitch you would want the Curt Hitch part # C11362. You should note that Curt says all non-trailer loads - bike racks, cargo carriers and so forth - should be supported with stabilizing straps. We don't have any alternative with a more hidden crossbar from any of our manufacturers so the aesthetics are basically choosing between the options available for your vehicle.
